Bobcat Rubber Tracks
When your Bobcat compact track loader is sitting in the yard waiting on tracks, you're not making money - you're losing it. Every day your T650, T770, or T870 is down is a day you're paying operators, equipment payments, and job-site delays out of your own pocket. That's why we built Canadian Rubber Tracks: to give Canadian contractors, landscapers, farmers, and equipment owners a faster, cheaper way to put their Bobcat back to work - without paying dealer prices or waiting on cross-border shipping.
Every Bobcat rubber track on this page is stocked in our Surrey, BC warehouse and built to OEM-equivalent specifications. No customs paperwork. No exchange-rate surprises. No "we'll order it in from the States and let you know in three weeks." Just heavy-duty replacement tracks that bolt onto your Bobcat the same way the factory ones did - backed by a 24-month warranty that's actually longer than what most dealers offer.

Why Canadian Contractors Buy Bobcat Tracks From Us
-
Already in Canada - no import duties, no exchange-rate shock, no border delays.
Most aftermarket Bobcat tracks on the internet ship from warehouses in the U.S. By the time you pay the cross-border freight, brokerage, GST/HST collection at the border, and CAD-to-USD exchange, that "great deal" you found on a U.S. site is suddenly 25–40% more than the sticker price. We hold inventory in Surrey, BC, so the price you see is the price you pay - in Canadian dollars, with no surprise fees waiting at the door.
-
OEM-equivalent build quality at a fraction of the dealer price.
Bobcat's genuine replacement tracks are excellent, but they're priced like genuine Bobcat parts. Our NOVA-brand Bobcat rubber tracks are built to the same fitment specs as OEM - same width, same pitch, same link count - using continuous steel cord construction, hardened steel embeds, and a wear-resistant rubber compound. You get OEM-grade durability without the OEM markup.
-
24-month warranty (12 months full replacement + 12 months prorated).
We stand behind every Bobcat track we ship. If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up in the first 12 months, we replace the track outright. Months 13 through 24 are covered on a prorated basis. Most dealer-brand tracks come with 6–12 months, so you're getting double the warranty coverage at a lower price.
-
Built for Canadian conditions.
Canadian job sites aren't the same as Florida or Texas. Our tracks are formulated for the temperature swings, frozen ground, gravel, and abrasive conditions that come with working from Vancouver Island to Newfoundland. The rubber compound stays flexible in the cold and resists cracking through freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Fast, economical shipping across Canada.
We've partnered with a Canadian logistics provider to keep freight costs down, whether you're in the Lower Mainland, the Prairies, Northern Ontario, the Maritimes, or anywhere in between. Tracks are heavy - shipping them from the U.S. is expensive. Shipping them from Surrey to your job site is not.

Step 2 - Choose A Tread Profile
-
C Block Tread Profile
SHOP C BLOCK TREADThe C Block is the closest match to Bobcat's factory tread on most CTLs and the best all-around choice for operators who don't have a single dominant surface type. The wide rubber blocks give you a smooth, low-vibration ride on concrete, asphalt, and packed gravel while still moving enough material in dirt and soft ground to handle most job sites. Of the three CTL profiles we carry, C Block typically delivers the longest service life on mixed-surface work.
Best for: landscapers, hardscape contractors, anyone running on customer driveways, finished grade, or concrete pads.
-
BZ Tread Profile
SHOP BZ TREADThe BZ is the most versatile profile in the NOVA CTL lineup. It's purpose-built for compact track loaders and engineered to perform across the widest range of conditions - concrete, gravel, dirt, sand, mud, snow, and turf. The Z-pattern lugs bite into soft ground and self-clean better than block treads, while still being gentle enough on hard surfaces that you won't tear up a customer's driveway.
Best for: year-round operators, Canadian winters, site-prep contractors, anyone whose work changes weekly.
-
BL Tread Profile
SHOP BL TREADThe BL is the heavy-duty CTL profile - built for operators who push their Bobcats hard across the full range of surfaces: concrete, rock, gravel, dirt, sand, mud, snow, and turf. The block-lug design gives you more aggressive traction than the C Block while maintaining a solid contact patch on hard surfaces. It's the right call when you can't predict what tomorrow's job site will look like.
Best for: general contractors, excavation crews, mixed commercial and residential work, operators putting heavy hours on the machine.
-
MA Tread Profile
SHOP ML TREADMini excavator pattern for hard surfaces like concrete, rocky, gravel.
Fits: E-series - E10, E26, E32, E35, E42, E50, E60, E85, E88, etc.)
-
MB Tread Profile
SHOP MB TREADMini excavator pattern for soft surfaces like dirt, sand, mud.
Fits: E-series - E10, E26, E32, E35, E42, E50, E60, E85, E88, etc.)
How to Find the Right Bobcat Rubber Track Size
Bobcat tracks are sized using a three-number format: width × pitch × link count. For example, a 450×86×55 track is 450 mm wide, has a pitch (the distance from the centre of one steel link to the next) of 86 mm, and has 55 links total.
There are three places to find your track size:
- On the existing track itself. Most Bobcat tracks have the size stamped or moulded into the rubber on the inside of the track. Wipe the mud off and look near the steel embeds.
- In your operator's manual. Bobcat lists the OEM track size in the specifications section of every owner's manual.
- By model number. If you know your Bobcat model exactly (e.g., T650, T76, MT85), the size is fixed for the standard configuration. Use the model list above as a reference.
If your machine has been retrofitted, came used, or has aftermarket tracks already installed, the size may differ from the factory spec. Measure your existing track or send us a photo and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
Aftermarket vs. OEM Bobcat Tracks - What's Actually Different?
A lot of buyers assume "aftermarket" means lower quality. For Bobcat tracks specifically, that's not true - as long as you're buying from a supplier who builds to OEM specifications.
Genuine Bobcat tracks are not made by Bobcat. Bobcat sources them from rubber track manufacturers (the same plants, in many cases, that supply aftermarket suppliers) and stamps the Bobcat name on them. What you're paying extra for at the dealer is the brand, the dealer markup, and the dealer overhead - not necessarily better rubber.
Our NOVA-brand Bobcat tracks are built to the same OEM fitment dimensions, use continuous steel cord construction (not chopped), and use comparable rubber compounds. They install identically, run on the same rollers and sprockets, and wear comparably. The difference is the price tag and the warranty - and we're confident enough in the build that we back our tracks for 24 months.
If you want to verify, the easiest test is to ask your dealer the cost of a pair of T650 tracks and compare it to ours. Most of our customers save 30–50% versus the dealer.
Shipping Bobcat Rubber Tracks Across Canada
Bobcat tracks are heavy - a single T770 track weighs around 270 lb, and you usually buy two. That makes shipping a real cost, and it's where U.S. suppliers get expensive fast. Cross-border freight on a pair of tracks can easily run $400–$700, before customs brokerage and duties.
Because we stock in Surrey, BC and ship through a Canadian logistics partner, we keep freight costs predictable and reasonable across all ten provinces. Shipping to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba is fastest; Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes take longer but are still significantly cheaper than importing from the States. We can also arrange pickup at our Surrey warehouse for Lower Mainland customers.
Order before our daily cutoff and most Bobcat tracks ship the same day or next business day.
Our 24-Month Warranty on Bobcat Rubber Tracks
Every Bobcat rubber track we sell is backed by a 24-month warranty: 12 months of full replacement coverage plus 12 months prorated. If a manufacturing defect causes the track to fail in the first year, we replace it. From month 13 to month 24, you pay a prorated portion of the replacement based on remaining warranty life.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from improper installation, running with damaged rollers/sprockets, debris cuts, or running off the undercarriage - that's normal wear and tear and applies to every track on the market, OEM or aftermarket.
This is one of the longest warranties on aftermarket Bobcat tracks anywhere in North America.
Frequently Asked Questions About Bobcat Rubber Tracks
How long do Bobcat rubber tracks last?
Most Bobcat operators get between 1,200 and 2,000 hours out of a set of rubber tracks, though the range can extend to 2,500+ hours for landscapers on grass and finished grade, and drop below 800 hours for demolition and rocky-ground work. The biggest factors are surface type, operator habits (sharp counter-rotations chew through tracks), tension setting, and how clean the undercarriage is kept.
Are aftermarket Bobcat rubber tracks as good as OEM?
If they're built to the same specs from a reputable supplier - yes. Our NOVA-brand Bobcat tracks use the same fitment dimensions, the same continuous-steel-cord construction, and a comparable rubber compound to the OEM tracks. We back ours with a 24-month warranty (longer than most dealer warranties) and price them 30–50% below dealer-grade pricing.
Can I install Bobcat rubber tracks myself?
Yes, with the right approach. The basic process: park on a level surface, lift the side of the machine with the boom or a jack, release tension on the track tensioner (a grease fitting on most Bobcats - back it off, don't add grease), roll the old track off the sprocket and idler, slide the new track on, re-tension to spec, and lower the machine. It's a 30–60 minute job per side once you've done it. If you've never installed tracks before, watch a model-specific video first or have your local dealer or a mechanic do the first set.
How do I know my Bobcat track size if I can't read the markings?
Three options: (1) look up your model in the list above, (2) check your operator's manual for the OEM track specification, or (3) measure the track yourself - width across the lugs in millimetres, pitch from one steel-link centre to the next, and total link count. Send us those three numbers and we'll match you to the right track.
Do you sell rubber tracks for the Bobcat T450?
Yes - we stock the 320×86×45 track that fits the T450. The T450 is a smaller machine than the rest of the M-Series, and it uses a narrower track with fewer links, so make sure you're ordering the T450-specific track and not a T550/T590 track.
Should I buy one track or a pair?
Always buy in pairs unless one track has been damaged early in its life. Running a new track opposite a 70%-worn track loads the new one unevenly, makes the machine track-walk slightly under load, and shortens the new track's lifespan by 20–30%.
Do you sell Bobcat sprockets, idlers, and rollers too?
Tracks are our specialty, but we can source full undercarriage kits - sprockets, rollers, idlers - for most Bobcat models. Contact us with your model number and we'll quote what you need.
Do you ship Bobcat tracks to remote areas of Canada?
Yes. We ship to every province and territory. Remote and northern destinations cost more in freight because of the carrier rates, but we don't charge extra handling fees - the freight quote you see at checkout is the actual carrier cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), e-Transfer, and on approved business accounts we can offer Net 30 terms. Contact us about commercial financing for fleet orders.
My Bobcat model isn't on your list. Can you still get me tracks?
Almost certainly. The model list above covers our highest-volume Bobcat tracks, but we can source tracks for nearly any Bobcat CTL, MT, or older 700/800-series machine. Send us your model number, your serial number if you have it, and a photo of your existing track if possible, and we'll confirm fitment.
