Refund policy

When you receive your order, please perform a trial fit and ensure that your tracks fit your machine. If you feel that they do not fit properly, please take pictures of the tracks installed on your tire and send to info@cdntracks.ca   

If a return is needed, you will need an AUTHORIZATION before shipping your products back to us. Once authorization has been granted you will need to ship back the product in its original packaging and in an unused state for evaluation BEFORE an exchange or refund is processed. 

Returns cannot be accepted without authorization first.

·       All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

·       Freight charges are nonrefundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
